Gluten Free Granola with Grain Free Option
No paragraphs with a story to tell about the recipe...JUST the recipe :)

Ingredients
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 cup coconut oil
1/8 cup ghee
1/4 cup almond butter (peanut or cashew works well, too!)
1 T cinnamon
Pinch or grate of nutmeg
2 1/2 cups certified GF rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts/seeds (pecans, walnuts, pepitas)
1/2 cup dried fruit (I like golden raisins)
Liberal sprinkle coarse salt
Directions
Mix maple syrup, vanilla, coconut oil, and almond butter together. If your coconut oil is solid, melt it first.
Mix oats, nuts, dried fruit, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon together, then add to wet ingredients.
Pour onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet in an even layer. Bake at 300 degrees for about 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Makes 15 1/4-cup servings!

For Grain Free:
Substitute the GF oats with:
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup roughly chopped macadamia nuts
