Apple Cider Vinegar Toner
Updated: Jun 29, 2021
My face smells like a salad! Well, kind of sort of, and not for more than a few minutes! A couple of months ago, I started to get very tiny pimple-like... well, pimples on my cheeks!

Unfiltered Photo: few days in using apple cider vinegar
I don't get pimples!!
I'm not sure if it was 'maskne' or falling asleep without removing the day from my face (will blog about the importance of washing your face EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT later), but an unusual mini breakout was there.
As a Health Coach and Wellness Stylist, I am pretty well armed with a fairly extensive kitchen and bathroom cabinet 'apothecary,' and thinking that bacteria is most likely the culprit, I reached for my raw apple cider vinegar, dabbed a fair amount on a cotton pad, and applied it straight up to my entire face. I was immediately impressed, and It has been part of my morning skincare regime since!

TIP:
Do it! It so happens to be a tried and true facial treatment for:
exfoliating dead skin
toning for a beautiful glow
overall soothing
reducing pores
preventing & destroying pimples
easing wrinkles
Here’s how to do it:
Apply first in your regime to just cleansed skin
I use straight up, but my research suggest diluting. Try 1:1 water:vinegar or 2 to 3:1
If not everyday, shoot for 3 X/week
Everyone's skin is different. If your skin is more sensitive, then I recommend tapering up and a more diluted start
