During this 60 minute intake session we will discuss your wellness history and goals. Together, we will create an initial plan of diet and lifestyle adjustments unique to your wants and needs for you to begin living your healthiest life.

Shortly after the initial intake, you will receive your session notes re-caping our discussion, a detailed layout of the initial plan that will kick-start your wellness journey, along with recipes and applicable links. To answer questions and keep motivation in high gear, we will be in communication between sessions!
